Carboxy Therapy

Carboxy therapy has been carried out since the 30s of the last century in sanatoriums and medical centers. Initially, the procedure was exclusively injectable. Carbon dioxide was injected into different parts of the body - depending on the purpose. Carboxytherapy was used to relieve muscle pain, strengthen joints, reduce fat deposits, etc.

Soon the technique was borrowed by cosmetologists. Carboxytherapy proved to be very effective in the fight against many skin imperfections - wrinkles, acne, pigmentation. Today carboxytherapy remains one of the most popular cosmetic procedures. But now it is presented in two versions - injection and without injections. Injections are carried out only by a cosmetologist. But non-injection carboxytherapy can be carried out independently.

Carboxide masks are created just for this purpose. The mechanism of action of masks is similar to injections: a composition based on carbon dioxide is injected into the skin. However, the components penetrate the skin surface without injections. When developing masks, low molecular weight substances are used - they penetrate better through the stratum corneum into the epidermis. The effect is noticeable after the first procedure. But to consolidate and enhance the result, it is recommended to take a course of 5-15 masks (1-2 per week).
